Tough call. Trumbo is playing out of his mind and Pujols has been underperrforming. I have a feeling Pujols will outperform Trumbo in the second half, but it is just a hunch that Pujols numbers have to start going up and Trumbo's have to come down. HOWEVER, you have Tex and with both Upton's you seem to need the most help in the OF which Trumbo would give you flexibility for.

Pujols and it is not even close.

Do not overrate hot starts.

June/July numbers only are very close, and they are heading in opposite directions.

Pujols (.317/7/26/24/4)
Trumbo (.268/15/36/24/0)

Yes, that still leans to Trumbo, but it's a lot closer than looking at season long numbers.

Target both and the better depends on cost.... I am willing to bet that Trumbo's cost will be less than Pujol's..... But don't be fooled that Trumbo's is way above Pujols, whose numbers look to do well in second half.

Help me.
