Looks like Kenley Jansen is healthy and good to go. Per Rotoworld:
"Kenley Jansen (heart) has been off blood thinners since November and has begun his throwing program.
Jansen underwent a heart ablation in October and has been told by doctors that he should have no further issues. "I'm doing well," Jansen said. "This is going to take care of it, no more problems. Put it in God's hands now." The right-hander has thrown one bullpen session already and will be ready to roll at the start of spring training. He's expected to set up for Brandon League this season."http://www.rotoworld.com/player/mlb/6105/kenley-jansen
He will likely be a popular sleeper saves candidate again with Brandon League starting the season as the closer. Although I would not be surprised to see Jansen have an ADP higher than League, similar to last year when Jansen was getting drafted ahead of Guerra pre-season.
