Too many players from one team?

Postby angelsfan555 » Thu Jul 12, 2012 9:00 pm

I'm currently looking to make a move that would land me Albert Pujols for relatively cheap, but it would create a situation where i have Howie Kendrick, pujols, and mark trumbo? There is definitely such thing as too many players from a single team, should i be concerned by this? or is it okay to have 3 hitters from one team when you start 10 hitters total?

Will help with questions. Thanks

there's too little information here to answer properly, like what's your roster and league set up?

sorry about that. 10x10 yahoo league h2h 8 pitching categories (W,L, SV, K, ERA, WHIP, K/BB, QS) 8 hitting categories (H, R, SB, HR, RBI, K, AVG, OPS). I'm currently tied for 3rd but i'm closer to missing playoffs than I am to the team in second place.

Let me know if you need anything else.

again your roster would be helpful, I like Pujols in the second half but depends on what you are giving up and how that may weaken your team..as Trumbo is still 1st base eligible and doing a great job of making Art Moreno feel stupid for signing Pujols to that huge contract.

I certainly wouldn't let a 3rd Angel prevent me from obtaining Pujols on the cheap
When asking for roster advice in these pages, remember there are thousands of different sets of league rules & many different active roster settings. If you want the best replies, be sure to include your leagues particulars in the original post
