Lynn for Utley? WHIR, definitely

I've been offered Chase Utley for my Lance Lynn. I'm not sure what to make of it, because I do think Lynn will regress a bit, will Utley regain form? I see he's expected back within a month. Standard 12 team yahoo head to head league.

I'd keep Lynn. I don't trust Utley at all.

Definitely not. Utley is about to begin his rehab and will probably take the full 20 days, so that's 3 weeks until he's even contributing. You know he'll get plenty of days off and there is no way you can expect him to produce anywhere near the level he once did.

I wouldn't trade Lynn for Utley. You don't have a dire need at 2B, and that seems to be a move for someone with an ominous hole to fill. That being said, I would be shopping Lynn around to see if his perceived value is greater than his actual value in your league. As you say, he's likely to regress a bit, and if you can get ace-like value for him now, it might be worth making the move.
