No, you can't afford that asking price. You're in 2nd place right now and that's with Jennings contributions on the shelf for almost a month. If he would take Reddick for Sale then I'd do it, otherwise I'd steer clear. As you said you don't need Bailey, in fact you have no need for him whatsoever. I actually go as far as to say that you don't need Sale either. Sure, you'd like to have some of his past performances to help you team's numbers, might even be in first place if you had that...but I don't think there is any way that Sale maintians this pace in the 2nd half and his innings limits will eventually come into play even if that doesn't happen. You've got pitching for days...the last thing you need is another pitcher, unless you are unloading one to get one. If I were you I'd be looking to deal some of you enormous depth at pitching for help on offense. You could definitely use an upgrade on Reddick, Soriano, an even Jeter.
