Seems like an odd trade by the other party...he wants my injured Longo and struggling Lincecum for Freese, Beltran, and Josh Johnson.
I feel like its common sense to accept the trade, but just wanted some input.

I wouldn't say it's common sense, but it does look very nice.
JJ has pitched well this year, but has been very unlucky. He is definitely a buy low here. Freese and Beltran produce big time in that deceptively-loaded Cardinals lineup. Beltran will definitely not keep up his production...I think he's like top 5 OF on ESPN's player rater right now. I doubt he cracks top 20 by the season's end, but should still be good for 20+ HRs and probably 10+ SBs with a .280 average.
If Lincecum turns it around and heats up, then this trade is even or in the other guy's favor. If Lincecum really has "lost a step", then this trade ends up in your favor I believe. I think it comes down to your opinion on Lincecum. I'd say JJ has as much chance to finish in the top 10 SPs as Lincecum does at this point. It depends on your opinion.
I think I accept.

I think I accept that trade and move on from Lincecum.
