Should I make any changes to my rotation?

Postby Fantasizer » Tue May 08, 2012 8:15 pm

I'm currently in 1st place in a rotisserie league with 90.5 points and have a 14-point lead over 2nd place. However, I had 102 points at one point. I'm essentially punting two stats (unintentionally) as I have 4 points combined with ERA (4.06) and WHIP (1.35). My rotisserie points in this lg are R=12 HR=11 RBI=8.5 SB=11.5 AVG=12 W=9.5 SV=10 K=12 ERA=2 WHIP=2

I prefer going after pitchers with solid K/9. My team currently has 260K in 255 IP so I'm not just pitching more innings than anyone else. However, I'm wondering if I should make any adjustments to my rotation. I'm not trying to punt ERA and WHIP... I'd like at least 8-10 points from those stats combined. There are some decent options with young guys (Anthony Bass) and overachieving veterans (Jason Hammel)

I spent very little on my starting rotation (I think $5 to $10) so I'm versatile with it. Just curious as to whether I should stick it out with some of these guys or make some changes. Should I trade one of my relievers for SP help maybe?
