Welington Castillo's agent told Enrique Rojas of ESPNDeportes.com that his client is being called up to the big leagues.
The Cubs already have catchers Geovany Soto and Steve Clevenger on the active roster, so another roster move must be on the way. Castillo, 25, entered play Friday with a .320/.435/.520 batting line over 62 plate appearances with Triple-A Iowa this season. He was ranked as the organization's No. 6 prospect by Baseball America over the winter.

what's going on?
Soto has been brutal, so is he not the starter anymore?
Castilla has been hitting well in AAA..
.333/.431/.542/.973

anyone know any type of projections on Castillo?

with Soto hitting so bad, does Castillo get a chance to start often and see what he can do?
I think it would be unfortunate to call up this top prospect only to sit on the bench and play once or twice a week.
