Keeper Advice

12 Team H2H league. I can only keep one of these guys for the upcoming season only. I just found out I'm picking 4th overall too.

Andrew McCutchen - 6th Round
Carlos Santana - 7th Round
Eric Hosmer - 12th Round
Brett Lawrie - 12th Round

HR - Home Runs 4 points
KO - Strikeouts (Batter) -0.5 points

BBI - Walks Issued (Pitchers) -0.5 points

HB - Hit Batsmen -0.5 points

it's between mccutchen and hosmer. with only one keeper i think i'd go with the better player. mccutchen is still very good value in the 6th round.

Damn I was actually leaning towards Lawrie.

I would go with McCutcheon mainly because he is more proven than Hosmer. The pitching in the NL Central is a lot worse than the AL Central as well (IMO).

This .... but I am also going to assume that you can't keep the player in this draft slot forever. Meaning he should have Hosmer for a while. I would keep Hosmer.

One season only keeper, I go with McCutchen. I do like Lawrie, it's close but Andrew is the safest call

Hosmer might be the answer to this question next year, but McCutcheon is the proven commodity. If Hosmer is "what we think he could be" then him, but that is unproven and you want a stable keep with just one keeper.

I guess the biggest issue is that I'd rather not lose my 6th round pick.
