are best for right handed and left handed hitters?
Were the Marlins and the Mets the only teams to relocate or move their fences in for 2012?
I need ballpark data

No idea on question #2.

regarding question #1 I've seen that data before, but I forget where. Certainly referenced in fangraphs articles, but I'm not sure where their source data is. B-ref? baseball reference?

Stratomatic has ballpark ratings based on the 2011 season, but I don't know where it would be public.

http://mlb-ballpark.pikimal.com/top/10/ ... hitters--2

No idea how accurate that info is, just did a search because I thought it was an interesting question. PNC and Target showing up in the list surprises me if it is true. I thought those were bad on all hitters though if you filter by likely to hit a HR they both fall out of the top 10.
