The Legends League is entering its third year and has openings for two dedicated managers. The 14-team league competes on ESPN and uses a 9x9 rotisserie head-to-head format with daily lineups. Each week you play a different opponent and each category you win counts as a win in your overall record.
The Legends League uses a player contract and salary system for determining keepers. Owners may keep players as long as they can afford to pay their salaries and keep them under contract.
The league also has a Minor League system and has a side competition called the Commissioner's Cup. Owners compete in challenges throughout the year and the winner receives a prize. The first challenge begins with the MLB Hall of Fame announcement in January.
The Legends League is very interactive and does require a little time and attention, but if you're a dedicated fantasy baseball player who enjoys the business of baseball, prospect watching, and likes side contests, you're a perfect fit for the Legends League.
