Holland at TB and the following day Bills at Was.

It's the semifinals. Can I still start these pitchers? If I can't start bills against WAS then who can I start him against. I do have more SP'ers in this matchup but I hate not starting them.

I hated the trade at first because he yields so many ground balls and our infield defense has very limited range, but if he continues to keep a relatively elevated K rate he might be excellent down the stretch.

I remember you compared his acquisition to Washburn (at least I think it was you). He probably won't keep up the K rate, but Fister's way better than Washburn ever was.

I wouldn't have made this comparison. If I did, it was only in jest.

Yep, Neato. But Aqua did say that Fister wasn't very good, so that was probably what I remembered.

I wasn't a fan of the trade at all and I stand by my initial judgment: an extreme ground ball pitcher going from an extremely pitching friendly park to a neutral one with a bad infield that has limited range. But there's no way anybody saw him spike his K rate to almost double the level it was in Seattle. If he had pitched anything like that throughout the year, he would have never been on the trading block with his friendly contract.

agreed.
This is just a blip on the radar, and because this run happened late in the season, he'll be overrated next spring.
