I would look at Norris and Zimmermann (especially Zimm) and map out who the other guys are pitching against and who they are pitching against in the playoffs, rather than just picking out the best pitcher. When looking at a single game (week), look for quality matchups more than quality pitchers when you have a bunch that are relatively equal.
Just as an example (these are my playoffs, so yours may be a different week), I have James McDonald, and, in the three rounds of playoffs, he is scheduled for: @ hou, v. hou, v. fla, @ lad. I am not letting him go.
Bumgarner, by the way: v. cub, @ sd, and, in the finals, v. sd, @ col. Maybe that last outing is not good, but I'll decide based on what I need in that matchup at the time.
I don't know about the other pitchers you mentioned. I just mentioned those as pitchers on my radar.
