1). I would strongly consider dropping Stephen Drew for Yunel Escobar. I consider that an upgrade.

2). Names that I would at least consider for my bench spot over Heyward: Kendrick, Adam Jones, Gaby. Ultimately, I would hold on to Heyward I think, but only because I don't see an overwhelmingly obvious choice to take instead of him. I'm totally fine with dropping Heyward, who (aside from Dunn) is perhaps the biggest bust of the year in relation to where he was picked (ADP of 44.4...ouch).
(In reference to an Aaron Hill for David Price swap)

What size league and do you have keepers?

Assuming that it isn't that deep, then yes i would drop Heyward. Snider has been lights out right now and worth playing until he shows that it isn't real. He had a lot of upside and many thought he would breakout this year.

Definitely droppable if it's a redraft league. I'd consider either Gaby or Hart for him. I like the Escobar for Drew suggestion as well.

How many teams are in your league? and is it a keeper or redraft?

I would drop Drew for Yunel right now tho.
