hmmm, maybe they do hate Brandon Allen.

One day after solidifying the backend of their starting rotation with Jason Marquis the D-backs bolstered their bullpen Sunday by acquiring reliever Brad Ziegler from the A’s in exchange for first baseman Brandon Allen and reliever Jordan Norberto.

Robert Erlin and Joseph Wieland acquired by Padres in Mike Adams deal, have combined for 255 strikeous and 27 walks in 251 innings this year :-)

Is Feliz still Texas's closer? Isn't Adams the best of the three? Why wouldn't he close?

Disagreed. Uehara's ridiculously low GB rate has to at least partially catch up to him at some point. 29.7%?
