Marcum or Kennedy WHIR

Going to make a trade and it will cost either Shaun Marcum or Ian Kennedy.

Which SP would you rather have for the rest of the year?

Marcum got hurt again. That is his MO. Guy has never played a whole season. But I am not sure what you will get for him. I would wait and see Marcum status but I think I would move him. He is nothing but a fantasy headache.

Keep Marcum. Brewers have an easy second half, and he's in the NL Central.

I'd keep Marcum as well. Thanks for the help on mine.

Marcum is the superior pitcher, and I'm not particularly worried about his recent injury.

Help me?

Marcum supposedly has more upside, but I gotta say, Ian Kennedy has been solid. I had Marcum, and I have Kennedy. Kennedy is currently the 12th ranked fantasy pitcher.

Marcum 94.2IP, 86 SO, 2.95 ERA, 1.06 WHIP, 7-2 record
Kennedy 108.2IP, 89 SO, 2.90 ERA, 1.09 WHIP, 8-2 record

If Marcum is healthy, I still take him, but, it all depends how much you worry about his injury. It has effected 2 straight starts now and a DL stint is very possible.

Toss up in my book, the only thing that would swing it for me is Marcum plays in a better offense, but Kennedy gets to play the West. Marcum seems to keep having little injuries show up. I could go back and forth and still think you can't go wrong with either one. If you were trading for one, Kennedy wouldn't cost you as much and that would be a huge factor for me.
