Pretty standard categores, R, HR, RBI, SB, AVG. W, S, K, ERA, WHIP. As far as I can tell my most desperate needs are C/1B and upping quality on pitching. Any suggestions / thoughts would be extremely helpful.

C: Miguel Montero
1B: Billy Butler
2B: Robinson Cano
3B: Adrian Beltre
SS: Derek Jeter
OF: Carlos Gonzalez
OF: Shin Soo Choo
OF: Colby Rasmus
Util: David Ortiz
BN: Ryan Roberts(2B,3B,OF)
BN: Mike Aviles(2B,3B,SS)
BN: Aaron Hill(2B)

SP: Josh Beckett
SP: James Shields
SP: Ian Kennedy
SP: Matt Harrison
RP: Chris Perez
RP: Carlos Marmol
P: Jordan Zimmerman
P: Chad Billingsly
BN: Fausto Carmona
BN: Gavin Floyd
DL: Wandy Rodriguez

As far as I can tell: Weak links are C/1B. Aaron Hill feels useless right now considering the other members of my bench, and Fausto is slumping after his hot start. Once again, any constructive criticism / thoughts are helpful. I'm still fairly new to fantasy baseball. Will do my best with what limited knowledge I have to analyze / rate other teams back.

EDIT: Considering dropping hill for Jonathan Lucroy, who is available right now. Thoughts on that?

Montero is not a weak link, he's one of the more solid backstops in fantasy baseball. However I would have no issue dropping Aviles for Lucroy, he's just a better hitter.

Carmona did not have a "hot" start haha. He had a few "hot" starts thrown amongst awful ones, he's not a ownable pitcher in a 10 team league to be honest.

Other than that, your team seems pretty good.
