Latos for Adam Jones -- WHIR

Postby Bolthead04 » Wed May 11, 2011 10:59 am

People would rather shoot themselves in the foot rather than trade fairly in my league. That said, I'm looking for OF help, and this is an offer proposed to me. I'm not high on Jones, but Latos is downright terrible. I had hoped he'd string together a couple good starts and I could trade him, but no such luck. And one report says he might even not have a solid job anymore? If this were to be true, I would think moving him now would be better than sitting on him.

Anyway, He proposed a simple 1 for 1 Jones for Latos. Is this acceptable? Or at least passable? :-{

WHIR 100% usually before the end of the day. (some times in the early AMs though)

I don't think I would take that deal. I think Latos will be better than what he is right now and I have very little faith in Jones.

Even with Latos struggling, he's worth more then that. In a situation like this, he's probably more valuable to have waiting on your team (or bench) and hope he turns it around, because no one is going to pay top dollar for him now.
