He has strung together a couple of nice starts. Do you think he's going to do anything this year?

He was hurting last 2 years, but when healthy, he's a 2nd tier ace-type SP. I got him in many leagues, or when ppl dropped him cus of a couple bad starts

Ace-type pitcher prototype (this is what u gun for):
1:1 K to inning ratio
Low Era/Whip
15+ wins consistently even if team stinks

You can judge 2nd-tier by how far the SP deviates from this. For me, 180K/200Inn, 4.5ish ERA, 10W is decent 2nd tier.

Going by last years stats the top aces were: Halladay, King Felix, Lincecum, Lester, Ubaldo, CC, Verlander, Price, Liriano, Wainwright (maybe not after surgury), and maybe a few others

2nd Tiers: C Lee, Kershaw, Johnson, Hamels, Gallardo, etc etc regardless of ranking. Matsuzaka among them.
I love mock drafts.
