No doubt. Drop Harang. Hopefully you'll be able to snag him with the #7.

I was really thinking of dropping Santana instead. I like Harang this year.

My other issue is that I was thinking of dropping Santana to pickup Andrus for speed in case Lowie starts struggling, or to replace Beckham for a little bit while he struggles. Which move is better for my team? I have solid OF already.

Harang is pitching above his potential right now, no way it keeps up all year. I know he is pitching in a paradise right now, but he isnt going to keep his breaking balls this nasty all year, there is a well documented history of his pitching performance and you cant expect someone at this point in their career to start pitching well above what they were intially capable of for long. He is in a "Hot Streak". If you can get some value trading him I would try that route if you think other people value him as much as you do. Santana posted great numbers last yr, and is absolutely capable of posting them again, but if you must drop him instead, I would go with Harang first though.

Andrus is capable at SS, but Lowrie is playing much better and until he isnt, I dont see the immediacy of dropping anyone for Andrus.
