I'd do it. Haren is starting off good but anyone who knows Dan Haren knows that his 2nd halves are god-awful... last year was Bizarro-World Dan Haren in that he was utter marinated team-killing crap in the first half (literally, you drafted him like a SP cornerstone and by the 2nd half he had nuked his trade value and had helped your era likely get into the high-3s and by the time he did anything it was way too late) and I think you can withstand the blow of losing haren cuz you've got verlander, scherzer (who still has kinks to work out) jhoulys chacin, and bumgarner... and call it a hunch someone like michael pineda or kyle drabek could be floating around your league... hell brandon beachy looked decent and mike minor is showing up for a few starts while jair jurrjens deals with the pain of being named jair, among other things.
ichiro has gotten off to a quick start and you know what you're going to get with him... .320+ and 30+ steals.. ichiro has upside as to where he could go like .340 with 40 steals, but he's not going to bowl you over with power, which is what you've stated you're looking for. hamilton is obviously an injury risk as we all know, but despite missing time last year he still managed a .350/30/100 type bender that allowed him to attain a MVP. so there's inherent risk involved, but if your league is that tight and competitive obivously you gotta take chances and even if hamilton gets injured i think if you're savvy and play the waiver wires/FA lists and rotate in some kids you can easily make up for haren.... and losing ichiro would suck, but he isn't an OMFG ned of the world blow to your team. again, this is presuming that josh hamilton gets hurt which is the worst case scenario.
i'd give it a go... nelson cruz is a streaky dude, but he's one of my favorite roidmonsters in teh game so short of testing positive for PEDs, he's gonna be in that lineup with a resurgent kinsler and the perennially productive michael young and "please hit well" beltre so he'll have a chance to hit .300+ score 100+ runs hit 30+ HR and drive in 100+ RBI, annual injuries notwithstanding.
so i'd say to make the move, but make the move assuming that akin to carlos boozer in basketball there will be a DL trip for hamilton and hopefully if you're a savvy fantasy player you can stock up your team with depth to the point where you can weather the storm. you're trading two nice players who won't make-or-break your team for a guy who can be a game-changer, even at the OF position... so i'd be inclined to go for it, but i'd definitely expect the worst and stay up on my WW/FA game.
