Am I pricing CC too low?

I am in a H2H 6x5 league. My target is 3 offenseive (SB, AVG, R, RBI) and 3 Pitching (SV, WHIP, ERA). I have CC and since K's and W's are not what am going for I would like to try and get some value for him.

Have a few trades on the table:

1) Give CC and Encarnacion for A. Rios and Franklin (rp)

2) Give CC and Feliz for Mcutchin and Nelson Cruz

3) Give CC and Encarnacion for Rajai Davis and Mariano Rivera

4) Give CC and Pedro Alvarez for Adam Dunn and J. Broxton

Please weigh in...

I don't like deals #1, 3, or 4 at all for you. However, deal #2 looks great for you. I think CC for one of those outfielders is about even, so being able to get them both and only adding Feliz to CC makes it a great return, IMO.

I agree, however with Steals being my big push I worry that might cut me under! I have Marmol, Venters, Fuentes (short term), Chris Perez. So Feliz is one of my big hitters on the Saves Cat. My OF are: Markakis, Crawford, Ellsbury, and Span. So certainly some meat to my Offense! Does that change anything?

Anyone else able to lend some help? With this many deals on the table I dont want to just get too excited and pick something that isnt the best for the season as a whole.

I'd take deal 2. Theres always going to be someone who racks up 25+ saves in the FA. I'd get Cruz and McCutchen, and look to trade Ellsbury for some more power. With McCutchen and Crawford, you'll be fine in the steals category.

Yeah, it's hard to pass on those two multi-category guys and the more I am watching this season shape up before it even starts the Saves category is going to change a ton. Anyone else want to weigh in?

So give CC and Neftali Feliz for Nelson Cruz and McCutchen is a solid trade...am I worrying too much about saves? I feel like i come out on top especially because SB, R, AVG, and RBI are slots I am trying to win.

what does this mean? you are just focusing on these and ignoring the other cats?

Yes and No. I am going to ERA, WHIP, and was going for Saves. The way my team is built now I am solid with Whip, Era, Saves and solid with SB, Runs, and AVG. Wins and K's are not big focuses for me, while I have decent guys there those categories arent my locks.

Could you try to replace Feliz with one of you OF's such as Ellsbury? Then you wouldn't have to worry about saves. I'd feel that it would be pretty comparable.
