With these keepers, what type of players should I target.

Which type of players should I target in my auction? We start with $300 minus our keepers. Standard 5X5 h2h league. We have standard starters plus MI, CI and 4 OF's. I usually play in points leagues so a balanced team isn't as important. WHIR as much as possible.

With only 5 Keepers, you still need everything. But I think it all hinges on K. Morales number of at bats. If he plays, you are doing well with HR. I'd go after a 2nd Tier SP to be your #1 (Hamels, Gallardo, Haren, Verlander etc.), you also need a steady 2B or SS.

Like I said with only 5 players to paint the picture, it's hard to say what you need more than other needs.

Thanks. I was thinking about targeting another solid 1st basemen. He can fill in for Kendry if he isn't healthy, and also be my CI.

I will target at least 1 solid SP to be my ace since Hughes and Hellickson are both young.

With CarGo as my stud in the OF, I am going to try to go cheap with my other OF spots. That money would be better spent in my IF.

CarGo is the only one of that group I'm truly sold on to start the season, so don't close off any position when considering the best player available. You'll still want another 1B until Morales is at full strength and another 3B in case Alvarez flops. Hughes and Hellickson are good as #3 or #4 SP's o you'll still need a couple more good ones to pair with them.
