I went all in on Nolasco last year and got somewhat burned, but I felt he was going off at a major discount. This year he'll be doubly discounted after having two straight bad years. His ERA wasn't good last year, but his peripherals (WHIP, K Rate, BB Rate) were actually right near elite level. For a 15th round pick, I'm all over Nolasco, once again this year.

I've been down that road too many times. Nolasco defies sabermetrics.

1. Don't wait so long for RPs this year.
2. Draft sleepers that actually hit.
3. Not own Carlos Pena, Mark Reynolds, and Adam Dunn together on any one of my teams.
4. After my release I will not contact Lucy Pinder and violate the restraining order.
5. Have one team win a 5x5 HTH league while punting a category.
6. Return to drafting more for total value than for starting lineup value.
7. Have patience when trading said value for the best starting playoff lineup. Don't need to get there in June.
8. Pray for health for Chase Utley and Jose Reyes nightly for my keeper league to succeed.
