Where should I improve? Can you rate this team and give me some trade suggestions?

Great batting, weak pitching. I would try to shop one of your outfielders (Sosa or Baldelli) for a starter or a closer.

I picked up Valverde for Harden. Anyone any thoughts???

You're gonna need a another closer...I would keep Baldelli around and bump Gonzalez for some pitching...you can get some quality for him. Your starting pitching is ok.

In a 10 team I was able to assemble:

C-Piazza
1st- Thome
2nd- Kent
SS- A-Rod
3rd- Rolen
MI- Renteria
CI- Bagwell
