Hi,
I know I'll get some flack already for admitting to be a streamer, but I'd like some thoughts on my team from some more seasoned players.
Last year was my first year in fantasy baseball, and I ended up streaming a few weeks in and winning the league because of it (infield was Teixeira, Utley, A-Rod, Hanley). This year, I'm in a different league, and there is an weekly acquisition cap, so streaming is effectively outlawed. However, I've deployed a somewhat more risky strategy, and am not sure of the potency of it yet. I'm starting only middle relievers every day, no SP's, no closers. My ERA and WHIP are fantastic, I have a slight shot at saves and blown-saves every week, and no chance at W's and K's.

League Categories
Batting
R, 1B, 2B, 3B, HR, RBI, SB, BB, E and AVG
Pitching
W, SHO, SV, K, ERA, WHIP, BS
Given that there are three more batting cat's than pitching, I thought I'd try the strategy and stock up on offense during the draft. This is what happened:
C: M. Wieters
1B: M. Teixeira
2B: I. Kinsler
3B: G. Beckham
SS: J. Reyes
IF: V. Martinez
OF: C. Granderson
OF: J. Bay
OF: J. Heyward
Util: C. Quentin
Util: C. Lee
BN: K. Johnson
BN: J. Hamilton
BN: J. Loney
BN: M. Teahen
BN: Alex Gonzalez
BN: I. Stewart
SP: Fernando Nieve
SP: Brian Duensing
SP: Carlos Villanueva
RP: Matt Thornton
RP: Sean White
P: Blake Hawksworth
P: Darren O'Day
P: Matt Guerrier
So, thoughts? Is the offense potent enough to carry through the sacrificed pitching categories? I'll appreciate any advice/wisdom!
