2nd team ever and I need HELP!!

I just signed Riske, who hopefully will stick with the closers role and Urbina will go somewhere else.

I'm in a 16-team H2H scoring league with the following points system:

Singles: 1 point
Doubles: 2 points
Triples: 3 points
Walks: 1 point
Caught Stealing: -1 point
Hit by Pitch; 2 points
Home Runs: 4 points
Strikeouts: -1 point
Runs: 1 point
Runs Batted In: 1 point
Stolen Bases: 1 point

Walks Issued: -1 point
Blown Saves: -2 points
Complete Games: 6 points
Earned Runs: -1 point
Hit Batsmen: -1 point
Intentional Walks: 1 point
Innings: 1 point
Strikeouts: 1 point
Losses: -5 points
No-Hitters: 10 points
Saves: 5 points
Shutouts: 5 points
Wins: 10 points

C: Posada
1B: Dunn
2b: Soriano
SS: K Matsui
3rd: Hillenbrand
OF: Maggs
OF: T Hunter
OF: Vlad
DH: J Encarnacion
UT: Modesi

P: K Wood
P: Foulke
P: Nomo
P: Affeldt
P: Lackey
P: J Thomson
P: Guardado

Laynce Nix

Based on my points system can anyone give me any thoughts? I think I'm OK for now, but Morneau, Kielty and Grienke might be wasted spots. Nix has the CF job for Texas.

My problem is this. I play in a 16-team five-player keeper league and I had 6 of my players from last year drafted in the first two rounds (mulder, blalock, m. cabrera, etc) so I need some help. How did I not win? I didn't even make the playoffs. So based on my point system what type of player should I go for?
