I don't know about fantasy-specific accounts, but I have set my account up to follow all of the mlb.com writers and beat writers for each of the NL-teams. Has been great to get insights on lineups and to interact with the people on the frontlines.

this twitter @FantasyRundown has these links, with multiple twitter accounts for each team. I assume the writer that covers each team. could be useful to get information before it's posted anywhere else.

Find and follow beat writers from MLB teams.

I know there was someone that posted twitter accounts for each team's beat writer at some point in the last year here.

Beat writers will break news first, the "industry" people will mainly retweet or just tweet out the same news when applicable.

I have a twitter account for the sole reason of tracking fantasy baseball. I don't follow anyone but FB guys with it. I still find it completely useless because Twitter is just awful, like 80% of the crud it posts isn't useful in any way. I prefer an RSS feed over twitter all day long.
