ISO and UZR are actually helpful in fantasy.
ISO can show in a quick and dirty way someone's power trend, and UZR is helpful because it shows you if someone you haven't seen much could be in danger of losing playing time because of their glove.


WAR is interesting but not that helpful, and xFIP is complete FAIL.

Eh, UZR is better for evaluating how much a team's defense is going to help the pitcher than it is for predicting playing time. We've seen guys with mediocre gloves win awards and have praise heaped on them. See: Jeter, Adam Jones

People who just answer "yep, help with mine" in the DTKW section, especially when the correct answer isn't straightforward.
