Help A Brother Out Here!

Postby Oscar Mayer Wieners » Sun Apr 04, 2010 11:29 pm

I have been pretty ill for the better part of three weeks and was forced to participate in our live draft via phone. Not THAT big of a deal I suppose, but it was hard for me to hear the way things were going and caused me to make a few mis-steps over the evening. All things considered, I think I have an okay lineup but want to get some helpful comments on strengths and thoughts....dump them now thoughts...and so on! It is a keeper league so I kept my two aces and my biggest bat. Thanks in advance for the help and no....the Dodger and former Dodger thing wasn't intentional....just going after best player available at the time.

10 teams in the league, 25 players on the roster, 21 active spots, 4 bench and 2 DL. 40 ads and drops as well as 40 trades.

I think your team is just OK. Your OF and pitching are both great, but your infield is lacking talent. maybe try and trading one of your stud pitchers for a good power/speed infielder.

I wouldn't trade away any of my SP's. You could use an upgrade at the IF pos.

If I were you, I would:

1 - Put Loney in the IF spot and drop either Furcal or Kouz( depending who's available on the waiver wire)
2 - Drop Willis, there has to be better options available in a 10 team league.
