In a 14 team league, this team looks pretty good, especially if you stream pitchers. I find it's most effective to hold on to 2 or 3 top-tier pitchers and stream the rest, but whatever works for you. If you decide to hold on to a couple of aces and stream the rest, then you need to go out and grab someone more reliable than Hamels and Hudson.
So Zobrist gives you a lot of flexibility and allows you to offset the Andrus mistake because right now you can go and grab and 2nd baseman or shortstop who is better than Andrus. I do like Andrus a lot though, and think you should keep him around.
Iannetta for Perez is probably the right move here. It seems like Wood will be out for a while and even though Perez struggled through the spring, I think he should hold on to the job for a while based on last year's success. I like carrying a lot of closers and dominating the saves category also. Iannetta has more potential than Molina at this point I think but you seem to need some help with AVG and Molina gives you that while Iannetta will probably just give you power with low AVG.
Gardner for Zambrano sounds good as well (by the way how is C Zambrano a free agent in a 14 team league? Are you trading for him?) but I don't really like Zambrano. His peripherals have been heading in the wrong direction, he's a head case, etc.
Anyway, looks like you have a good team. You might run into some problems with the AVG and R categories as you seem to be a little power heavy so maybe if you really decide to get rid of all your starters and stream you could trade for a high AVG hitter (Tulo at SS or move Zobrist to 2B and try to get Pedroia, Cano, B Rob).
Hope that helps.
