Active Owner looking for $ Auction League

Postby AuburnTigers » Mon Mar 29, 2010 1:57 pm

I am interested in joining another auction league this year. Here are my preferences...

-anywhere from $50-$200 entry fee
-Auction (preferably using ESPN)
-straight roto or H2H...either format is fine...not interested in whacky 10x10 leagues, just keep in simple with 5x5 or 6x6
-not interested in inheriting an abandoned keeper team
-at least 12 team higher than 16 team league
-deeper rosters (2 C, MI, CI, 5 OF, 9 P...something along these lines)

Please reply to this post with details about your league...or PM me your league info

I have 2 spots open in my NL only Auction Keeper league. One is a team that just got left whose roster includes Albert Pujols and Prince Fielder (even though I know you said you don't like taking over some one else's team). The other is just an open spot for a team, yours if you would want.

Its a Traditional 5x5 Roto with 260 to spend on the 23 man roster (14 hitters, 9 pitchers) with up to a 5 man farm system. The fee is $100 of which we pay for Rotowire, and the rest is put in a 6 month CD to gain some interest. The top 4 places get paid (50% for 1st, 25% for 2nd, 15% for 3rd, and 10% for 4th).

We us Rotowire and have the auction in person, but have had people participate via phone. However, any option the internet allows is fine with me.

Hey JBag,

If you still have two openings, shoot me an email with some more details about your league. Our 20-year league folded this year and me and a friend are looking for what appears to be exactly what you have. We are both in our 40's and very stable, competitive owners. We live in Chattanooga, TN and I'm not sure we could personally do the draft, but we could do it via internet if possible.

Let me know...thanks.
