Each team represents an MLB Franchise.
5x5 roto dynasty. At the end of the year each team will keep their entire roster and must have a minimum of 6 players from the team they represent.
The 6 players must be a member of your represented team as of the end of the season.
At the end of the year we will have a 3 round minor league draft. The order will be based on the standings at the end of the year.
Eligible minor league players will include any players with under 20 IP/30 AB in the majors and are not on another team's roster at the end of the year if they are in the Yahoo database
Eligible Minor League Players can include college/high school/Japanese players. A player can be kept off the active roster (in the free agent pool) until they have 70 IP/ 175 AB in the majors and can not be picked up by another team. At that point they must either be kept on your active roster or released. Until they meet these requirements they can be added and dropped as much as needed.
The max IP limit will be 1250 and the max games played will be 162.
If a team would like to change to a new franchise they are permitted provided the following:
They let the league know they will be switching
Another team does not represent the franchise
If two teams try to switch to the same team during the season the first to get to 6 players from that team will be allowed to represent that team
Teams are allowed to go below the 3 player in season minimum if they are switching franchises
If any team does not meet the 6 player minimum at the end of the season they will face the following penalty:
Loss of 1st round minor league pick for having 4 or 5 players
Loss of 2nd round minor league pick for having 2 or 3 players
Loss of 3rd round minor league pick for having 0 or 1 players
The franchises available are the Marlins and Brewers. The Brewers franchise only has 5 Brewers on the roster but will not be penalized this season since the last manager did not try to get to 6 players. The Marlins franchise has 6 Marlins.

1st pick in minor league draft
Both teams need a little work but it's worth it, this league has been very active and competitive the last couple years. Every year there are a few teams that go from the bottom to the top and 2 teams have finished last or second to last and finished in the top 3 the next year.
