Ichiro 2nd Fastest to 2,000 ever

Postby acsguitar » Sun Sep 06, 2009 7:15 pm

Ichiro became the 2nd fastest player to 2,000 ever. Now I know some made up statistic acronym says he's not awesome but I think he is. 3,000 hit's and Ichiro becomes a HOF'er easily
I'm too lazy to make a sig at the moment

Who knows where he would be if he started here. He might have been done with his career already.

He is great

I have just come back from that particular game.
Ichiro got a double to lead off the game, and everyone stood up and applauded, and I was thinking WTF are you applauding an innocuous opponents double for? Then some guy told me what it was. :-D :-D

He is great

1,454 hits in Japan deserve a mention on his HOF plaque. That's 3,454 hits over 2,329 games, which is the equivalent of 14.4 MLB seasons at 240 hits per year. 8-o
