I like Cabrera a lot. He essentially jumped straight from A-ball to the major leagues and has held his own, and he's only 22. I don't think he'll ever develop power, but he's shown a good eye at all levels and he's seriously fast.

I think it's sometimes easy to forget about how age relates to level. Asdrubal Cabrera, for example, never really got a lot of love as a prospect because his numbers weren't great, but he was playing in AAA at 19 years old -- of course he was going to struggle a bit against guys five years older than him. Now he's still just 23 and OPSing over .800 in the majors. I think Everth could be a similarly-overlooked player.
