I believe at the beginning of the season, I would've said Kendry Morales was a Casey Kotchman type who can spike up his homerun total at perhaps a bit of sacrifice with his average. I'd say there were some doubts about him surpassing that 20-25 HR expectation because he had a sub-par ISO in the minors in spite of hitting most of his games in a favorable ballpark. That said, he was held back over his first few years with Kotchman and then eventually Teixeira taking the first base post. He doesn't walk much but he excels in putting the ball in play and he's managed a FB rate in the 40% range in each of the last three years in spite of being a pedestrian line drive hitter. I'd probably try to sell Morales for greater value if at all possible, depending on who you're getting of course.
