Texas moved him to the pen to fastrack his call up to the majors. I think he could see a call up for a cup of coffee this year, but likely wont have much value in the pen. He has been called a future closer as well as a future ace. He would have more value to the Rangers in a starting role, but with his control issues, they may prefer him in a relief role (as his control has sharpened a bit in the pen). With that said, I could see them pulling a joba, having him pitch in relief for awhile, then stretching him out. His fastball is electric, lets just hope his results are better than Holland.
