Looks pretty mediocre, I'm afraid. Decent balance of speed and power, but not enough of either to put you near the top. Questions: will Griffey be healthy? will Floyd swing or miss in Coors? Not much of a bench or at utility spot.

Pitching is thin as well with only one true closers. Is Weaver guaranteed a spot in the rotation?

Very good infield. Outfield could also be very good if Griffey has a bounce back year. Starting pitching is more than adequate also. You do need another closer.

chavez and konerko are youre only bonified power, but if floyd and griffey can comeback you should be alright in the outfield for power. Good numbers for average too. A lot of your offense does rely on Griffey and Floyd having comeback years though. That is risky. You have good speed and runs, which might be your strength. You definately need a reliable-to- dominant closer. If a guy like Gagne isnt available for a reasonable price in a trade you should have ample trade bait for a reliable closer like Escobar or Urbina maybe. See if you can get Alan Embree off the waiver wire too, he should get 20-25 saves this year with Boston, as they are starting the year with closer by commitee and he is the only lefty in the pen with power-pitching attributes.
