ESPN and Scoring Saves

Postby LMack » Thu Jun 04, 2009 7:54 pm

The moment when the last out is made, the pitchers get their corresponding loss or win points on ESPN.
However, when a closer converts a save opporunity, his points for the decision are delayed.

I have Brian Wilson right now, who is desperately waiting for his points to be bestowed upon him.

This isn't a huge issue, I just wanted to know why.

Possibly they review saves or something before awarding the points, but an email to them might answer that question. ;-D
Yes doctor, I am sick.
Sick of those who are spineless.
Sick of those who feel self-entitled.
Sick of those who are hypocrites.
Yes doctor, an army is forming.
Yes doctor, there will be a war.
Yes doctor, there will be blood.....
