Can anybody suggest source, where I can get stats how batter/pitcher plays against lefty or righty?

If you use yahoo, just click on a players name (or pull up their profile). From there, just click on the "Split Stats" tab. It will tell you there the players stats "vs lefty" and "vs right". You can even pick certain years, or over the entire career.
