10 team mixed 5x5 roto.

I went hard on pitching during the draft. I think I have a pretty good staff. There are a few things I want to do. I would really like to get a 5 category type hitter like a Wright, Han Ram or Sizemore. I was thinking of trading Santana for someone like Wright but that would be too risky for me before the season even starts and right now I feel like I have an advantage with pitching. And Brandon Lyon and Kelvim Escobar are available and I'd like to at least stash Escobar when yahoo DLs him. I have no other closer, so I thought Lyon would do for now. Can you offer any advice? I was thinking of at the very least dropping Crisp/Meche for Escobar then when Escobar goes on the DL to start I could grab Crisp/Meche again.

I'd cut Hanson. He's not going to make the team out of spring training and you'd be carry dead weight, especially in a 10 team league. Keep Crisp, he should be useful based on your team needs. There has to be some closers out there on your ww...what about Motte or Villanueva?

Please take a look at mine when you get a chance...

Hey there, you have a pretty nice team. Obviously you have an amazing pitching staff, and that will allow you to use one of your top sp's as trade bait. The question is which pitcher to deal and should you do it now or wait? Personally I would try and deal Brandon Webb ahead of Santana. I think you could land a terrific hitter by trading Webb who I view as being less valuable as Santana. If a team in your league is stocked with hitters but is lacking on pitching you could swing a nice deal for a sick outfielder. You have some question marks though, will Aviles,Chris Davis, and Gallardo continue their ascent to stardom? Also, you will need to address the closer issue (maybe try and a package deal with Webb and see if the guy will include a low to mid level closer.)
Thanks for your help with my 8 team league, can you check out my 12 team league as well?

Thanks for the help. I actually just traded my Kazmir and Javier Vazquez for Adam Dunn. I really love this trade and I wasn't big on Kazmir to begin with because of his control problems. What do you think? Should I still be looking to get another bat or infield help or sit tight?

Is there an innings limit here? If so, you have way too many starting pitchers.

As much as you're going to hate to hear it, you need to trade away some of your better starters for quality offense.

Your outfield is ghastly for a 10 teamer. You have work to do.

1800 inning limit, not really a limit there because that means 9 pitchers have to pitch 200 innings and that probably won't happen. Even including relievers, they only pitch MAX 100 innings a season, so I don't think I'd reach 1800. Also, we might get rid of that limit. I just trade for Dunn but I really would like one more big bat in the OF so I can get Crisp and Maybin off my team and slot Ethier in as a 5th OF. Any suggestions?

Agree with everything that's been said so far. Really need to bolster that OF and strengthen your RP. Obviously search waiver wire and trade away some of your SP. I like your Dunn move.
