I took a chance on him in the 18th round. Not much to lose that point in the draft. I figure if he has an awesome first half I can use him for trade bait and not have to worry about him getting injured.

He started at the bottom of my list and will stay there, he's a poor mans Griffey. Worth a late late pick, but you can find somebody better to clog up your DL position.

Could you imagine the hype if JD Drew ever played a full season? OMG. some fool would betaking him in the 2nd round in '05. I can see it already.

Just remember this. Just because JD hits 25 imaginary homers, it doesn't mean it will be on your bottom line. My guess is you'll have him benched for half of them, soley because he didn't play the day before.

Its been said before, its been said on this thread.

please, please please let somebody else deal with the headache that is JD Drew.

Not sure if he'll be undervalued or overvalued in my draft anymore, but I won't pull the trigger unless the rounds fall really late, and my OF is already put together.

Which means he will freaking blow up this year on some guys team in my league that doesn't even know the history.

Now that jonnyblack has changed his avatar, I think you have the worst photoshop logo out there. That said, I am sorry about your draft situation.

I am hoping that I can snatch up Drew with the 11th overall pick in my yearly league. He is going to have a Pujols-like season :-b .
