I'm not familiar with the league set up (I've seen it before, just no first hand experience), so I feel I can't tell you how your team is as a whole, but i can tell you that kemp in the 7th and chris davis in the 11th are steals.

This is a really solid draft, I'm jealous.
Your starting pitching isn't that weak, but it's definitely not your strong suit. Because your offensive bench is so strong, I would deal some of your starters for SP. You can easily put Sandoval, Nelson Cruz, or Aviles into your starting lineup and your team will still be really good.
Also, I know you like Alex Gordon but your 3B and CI spots are kind of weak. I would try to trade Davis or Gordon for a better 1B who can still play at CI.
One more note: drop Barry Zito. He's useless.

Yeah, no problems here. Very good team with some steals. This teams going to the playoffs.

If I had to give you one piece of advice: drop Brandon Lyon, pick up Gregg.

well I did drop Zito for Jesse Litsch and Gregg isnt available, I have a guy in my league that keep soffering garbage trades one was JJ Putz and Gil Meche for Matt Capps and Francisco Liriano, and then Ryan Dempster for Francisco Liriano and Matt Capps. Just to see how bad he wanted hime I offered Liriano, Capps, Aviles, Ellsbury for Brad Ziegler, Shane Victorino, and Hanley Ramirez, of course he shot that down lol
