Victorino has had a solid SB% and the potential for 20 HRs is there given a full slate of ABs. He's also improved the last two years, not regressed. I think Victorino should have already been voted in but whatever.

O-Swing% Victorino:
2005 - 29.0%
2006 - 32.4%
2007 - 26.8%
2008 - 28.7%

O-Swing% Hart:
2005 - 22.4%
2006 - 22.3%
2007 - 25.7%
2008 - 31.7%

Every year but '08, Hart swung less at pitches out of the zone. Hart's career Z-Swing% is 11% higher, but everyone knows that to be a good hitter you have to swing at the strikes. :*)

20 HR for Victorino? Highly doubt it. He's also a year and a half older than Hart. Hart smacked 45 doubles last year, and he's at the right age and size to turn some of those into HR. Hart will hit 30 before Victorino hits 20. The latter is a slightly safer option, but I'll take the risk that '08 was just an off year (or rather, an off month). He was on a .287/87/23/95/25 pace on September 5th. He's not really prone to streakiness, either, having had only one other month in his career besides September '08 where he hit under .250.

All you've shown is that Hart's plate discipline has decreased significantly while Victorino's has improved a bit. Being a year and a half older doesn't really make a difference IMO and I think it says a lot about a player when he is unable to sustain initial success. I am surprised that Hart has such a following.

Yeah, book this one (prolly 24th to Victorino too) - time to finish up OF so we can do RPs ;-D

There's no rule on when to start up on RP when OF is finished. Go start one already, lazy bones. :-b
