Precautionary, from what I've heard.

I can't find anything on the local blogs, and there's nothing on the great brewerfan.net. I'm fairly certain Weeks was pulled just in a routine spring training switch. Seems lots of guys are pinch run for to be taken out after an AB or two.

Tony Pena Jr has a hit and a BB so far this spring. One more of each and he matches his total from the 2008 regular season.

Also after listening to the Royals GM this afternoon it looks like Teahen will get enough playing time to eventually qualify for 2B this season. He might end up with OF, 2B, 3B, and even possibly 1B eligibility by the time the season is over.

Other than that the guy I will have my eye on and will likely target is Kyle Davies. Excellent prospect when he was with the Braves, rushed to the majors, still young but with major league experience, and a tremendous end to 2008.
Bury me a Royal.

i rememeber reading something about someone who found out that players who have a spring training slugging percentage 200 points higher than career levels are primed for breakout seasons.

Travis Ishikawa's career slugging % of .445 over 119 major league ABs. So far this spring he has a slugging % of 2.200, breakout season anyone?
