First Draft of the Season, WHIR

Postby x_Momentum » Tue Feb 17, 2009 4:22 pm

I just finished up my first draft this season yesterday and I was wondering where I need improvement. I got stuck with the #1 spot which isn't my favorite place to draft, but I tried to handle it the best I could. As always I WHIR.

I feel your line-up is above avg for a h2h league, but you pitching staff includes enough risk that it could kill you. You are going to have to monitor Harang and Verlander so you do not shoot yourself in the foot in ERA and WHIP. I like your mix of RPs for saves, and you have a nice speed factor, but could get beat in the power cats every other week or so.
