Love that new rule, good job everyone ;-D

For the bit Rockets is unsure about, a player can only be a Rookie Keeper™ once, then they have to become one of your 10 keepers. ;-D ;-D

Like Aussie said, it would be a one-time thing. I think the "The player must have passed his 130/50 limit the previous season" requirement pretty much guarantees that a player can only be a Rookie Keeper™ once. It's been a long weekend, so if I'm forgetting a scenario where that could possibly be circumvented, it might just be easier to explicitly say that in the constitution. :-b But if a player was allowed to stay perpetually as a Rookie Keeper™, we might as well have just added more keepers.

Don't we start off with 8 each year with the ability to go up to 12 through adds/drops? If he kept 7, wouldn't he only get 1 pick the entire MiLB draft (unless he were to trade for more)?

I suppose it would make sense to have a higher number of picks with the years following the inaugural MiLB draft, but I don't remember that being in the constitution or anything.
