Do you do the same thing for rankings as well? I typically input the rankings for CBS/Yahoo/ESPN and some community lists, but I don't know how much utility there is to track both the rankings as well as the ADP

No rankings, just ADP's (though the two are highly correlated site to site). I'll add CBS, Yahoo, ESPN, Fox (maybe), KFFL, and NFBC when they come out. ;-D

Eh. Had some free time this morning so I expanded the report up to 250.

I feel like there is a lot of pitching depth this year so I'm not surprised to see Harden fall somewhat, but Furcal's rise is somewhat puzzling. Right now, his MDP is ahead of Jeter, Young, Tulo and Drew...

Hey RSN. I wouldn't make much of the change scores on this update as much of this is due to me adding a 3rd ADP source, which stabilized things a bit.

But you are right. Furcal is an interesting case study because he was initially not even in the top 200 on Couchmanagers. :-? He is now 128, but 61.23 on MDC and 76.09 on FGD, respectively. I wouldn't touch him at those spots due to his age and injury history.

Harden is weird, because he just the opposite. 63.20 on Couchmanagers, but 118.47 and 112.36 on MDC and FGD, respectively. Adding the 3rd input brought his MDP down significantly.

Furcal at 61 is just insane...I don't get it, but thanks for doing all of this!

Nicely done. I will definitely use this and tweak it to my own purposes. ;-D

If I am able to play fantasy baseball at all that is. :-/

Once I put them into tiers, arrange them based on my rankings.

Tiers will be added to Feb/March MDP reports. This was done last year as well. (Click Tiers tab on Google spreadsheet)

Added High/Low columns. Please let me know if there is anything you'd want to see on the spreadsheet.

How I "tweak" these are twofold.

1. Compare the "average" vs. the ADP in whichever league I'm using. So in my Sportsline league, I'll have two columns. The overall ADP in one column and the difference (in ranking between the average and the ADP of Sportsline). So if I go into the draft and say Chris Davis' ADP is 99 overall, but 84 on CBS, I'll know I may have to reach a bit early if I want him whereas if it's 112 on CBS, I can lay back a bit. It's dangerous to try and time it, but there always seem to be some guys that have huge standard deviations and you can exploit it a bit if you compare the AVG overall with the average in a given league type.

2. The other thing I do which is really specific to my league is remove keepers from the ADP. Since about 1/3 of the top players in my league are keepers, I have to remove them from the pool and show how it will affect the draft. If Hanley Ramirez is a keeper in the 9th round, it will remove him from the draft pool in the first round and make everyone else get drafted a round earlier, but I also have to remove Hanley in the 9th round to make the ADPs accurate - since that team isn't going to have a pick there.

The first point is the one that I think is most useful for other people.
