Are you going to put them in a spreadsheet or just lay them out on here? I'd be willing to make a spreadsheet with all the names attached for anyone who wants it.

I was asked to contribute to a fantasy magazine so I am just making sure that I don't miss any obvious names. If you want to put a master list together for the Cafe then that would be cool also. Again, we are just looking at players that have a very good chance of being fantasy worthy.

I'd be willing to do that when it's agreed that there are no more names to add to the list.

I'd be suprised if half of these guys make any kind of contribution to their MLB teams this year.

...without looking at my spreadsheet....David Huff, CLE, SP is another that comes to mind. There are a few other "lesser" names that are out there as well.

Agreed. This is why I'm trying to zero down on prospects for draft purposes only.

Agree and if half made an impact that would actually be very surprising, but I gotta say, a lot of the fun with prospects is seeing which ones do make an immediate impact after following them up through the minors. Just don't pick more than 1 horse to root for in a redraft league each year.

Here's last year's BA list through #70...bolded who I think made an impact for more than a week or two (removes guys like david price), maybe 1 in 5 prospects "hit"...then again, most of the prospects being offered up in this thread are at least in AA with a decent chance of getting called up this year, so maybe it really will be closer to 35-50% making an impact:

Jay Bruce
Evan Longoria
Joba Chamberlain

Clay Buchholz
Colby Rasmus
Cameron Maybin
Clayton Kershaw
Franklin Morales
Homer Bailey
David Price
Travis Snider
Matt Wieters
Jacoby Ellsbury
Andrew McCutchen
Jacob McGee
Brandon Wood
Wade Davis
Mike Moustakas
Elvis Andrus
Fernando Martinez
Rick Porcello
Carlos Gonzalez
Matt LaPorta
Nick Adenhart
Jordan Schafer
Gio Gonzalez
Chris Marrero
Jason Heyward
Adam Miller
Kosuke Fukudome
Andy LaRoche
Chase Headley
Angel Villalona
Johnny Cueto
Deolis Guerra
Brett Anderson
Jose Tabata
Ian Stewart
Reid Brignac
Lars Anderson
Austin Jackson
Jeff Clement
Josh Vitters
Joey Votto
Ian Kennedy
Jarrod Parker
Geovany Soto
Daric Barton
Jair Jurrjens
Matt Antonelli
Ross Detwiler
Carlos Gomez
J.R. Towles
Carlos Carrasco
Chin-Lung Hu
Nick Blackburn
Daniel Cortes
Chris Volstad
Desmond Jennings
Fautino de los Santos
Neil Walker
Carlos Triunfel
Luke Hochevar
Justin Masterson
Chris Davis

Max Scherzer
Chris Tillman
Brett Sinkbiel
Radhames Liz
Brandon Jones

Not sure your method for the names you bolded, but I think you need to give Fukudome, Ian Stewart, Chris Volstad, and Nick Blackburn more credit. Maybe Carlos Gonzalez and Chase Headley too.

James McDonald could play a critical role in LA this season.

Ryan Perry for Detroit might become a factor if the closer they bring in falters early.
