So I recently picked up Collin Balester when he was promoted to the Nats. I believe he is still incredibly raw, but has solid upside. I have been closely tracking Ryan Feierabend, a Mariners prospect, and sent an email to the owner of Feierabend asking about swapping Balester for Feierabend. Now, I had merely intended to inquire as to whether or not he would be interested, but he said he would take Balester and posted his acceptance of the trade to the league.

My question is this: who do you think will have a better MLB career: Balester or Feierabend? I am having second thoughts whether I should make this deal, so I figured I could use the extra advice.

Thanks and feel free to leave a link!

Balester and its not even close in my mind. He's 6'5, 22, 200lbs, with a high 90's mph fastball. He needs to work on his breaking stuff but he's only 22 so he has plenty of time to do so. He projects much higher.

My personal preference would be Balester as well...I'm adding him in my dynasty now even though I won't play him immediately, any WW talent gets snatched up immediately so if/when he breaks out and really starts doing well I wanna make sure I can get him. Good luck
Thanks to soty for this sig

Yup, give me Balester as well. I'm not all that high on either but Balester should be the better MLB pitcher.
